Job description: Job Hunter

Job Hunters are our sales force. You bring in clients, and our designers do the rest.

What you do

  • Find businesses that need branding, graphic design or a stronger online presence.
  • Book consultations and capture each lead in the AO Vault with the client's details.
  • Explain our packages (Authority, Growth, Domination, Retainer) and quote current prices.
  • Collect proof of payment using the reference the Vault generates.
  • Pass confirmed jobs to your Admin (PA) and stay available in the job chat.
  • Clock in, mark Break/Available honestly, and follow up until the job is delivered.

What you earn

  • R100 for every paid consultation.
  • 15% commission on every closed job.
  • R500 bonus on Domination packages.
  • R500 bonus at 5 closes a month, R1,500 at 10 closes.
  • 20% of a client's first retainer payment.
  • R800 flat for every Friday Special sale.
